Foundation Energy, Solar Power of Oklahoma Complete Hughes Co. Project
Solar Power of Oklahoma and Texas-based Foundation Energy Management recently completed a 552 solar panel project in Hughes County, Oklahoma.
SPO developed, engineered, and constructed ground-mount solar systems at two Foundation Energy locations in Hughes County. The solar systems will power the Addison, Tex., company’s wastewater disposal operation.
SPO’s solar system will provide about 478,000 kilowatt hours for Foundation Energy’s facilities annually.
“Oklahoma is an energy state,” said J.W. Peters, SPO president and acting president of the Oklahoma Solar Association. “From traditional oil and gas to hydroelectric and technologies like wind and solar, our state’s economy benefits greatly from the diversification of our energy portfolio.”
Foundation Energy Management, LLC is the manager and operator of onshore oil and gas-producing properties with the strategy to acquire, exploit & develop assets on behalf of its institutional partners. For more information, visit foundationenergy.com.
